Because these are instant-download digital products, we generally don’t do returns or refunds. Once you’ve got the files, they’re yours forever (and we can’t exactly un-send them).

But! If something’s wrong on the tech side — the file is broken, missing pieces, or otherwise not working — you’ll absolutely get a replacement or refund. Just let us know within 48 hours of receiving the bundle so we can fix it fast.

For everything else, refunds are handled case by case. Reach out within 48 hours if there’s an issue, and we’ll take care of you. After that window, we assume you’re happily using your bundle and not just sitting on it “just in case.”

We’re fair, we’re flexible, but we’re also running a small studio — so please only request a refund if something’s truly off.
