Because these are Semi-custom/custom digital products, we generally don’t do returns or refunds. Once you’ve got the files, they’re yours forever (and we can’t exactly un-send them).

But! If something’s wrong on the tech side — something is broken, missing pieces, or otherwise not working — you’ll absolutely get a replacement or refund if we can't fix the issue. For everything else, refunds are handled case by case.

We’re fair, we’re flexible, but we’re also running a small studio — so please only request a refund if something’s truly off.
